BDO Capital served as a highly-valued advisor to us through an extended sale process that was impacted by COVID-19, but culminated in the acquisition of Lewis Paper by Central National Gottesman Inc., a premier player in the paper distribution industry. We very much appreciated BDO Capital’s assistance on a variety of business issues during a process that presented many challenges, their ability to effectively collaborate with us and our other advisors, and their persistence in seeing the transaction through to a successful closing. BDO Capital was a key member of a broader BDO team that included tax and accounting expertise, and the group brought an outstanding one-stop-shop solution to Lewis Paper. The shareholders received a very attractive valuation on the sale, and the company and its employees have a very bright future ahead as part of CNG.
