BDO Capital Announces the Sale of DAC to WBB

Boston, MA - March 9, 2020 - BDO Capital Advisors, LLC (BDO Capital) is pleased to announce the sale of Decisive Analytics Corporation (DAC or the Company) to Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital.  

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Arlington, VA, DAC is a provider of advanced engineering and analytical support to the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community. DAC has supported the federal government for more than 20 years on mission critical programs and has developed deep domain expertise within critical capabilities including systems engineering, lifecycle logistics, cybersecurity, data analytics and machine learning to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.

WBB is a leading provider of program management and consulting services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. WBB’s highly specialized and experienced workforce provides services across the full lifecycle from program development to ongoing support and mission performance. H.I.G. is a leading global private equity and alternative assets investment firm based in Miami with additional offices across the U.S. and internationally.
