BDO Capital Advises on Sale of Resonant Legal Media dba TrialGraphix
Chicago, IL – March 16, 2023 – BDO Capital Advisors, LLC (BDO Capital) is pleased to announce the sale of Resonant Legal Media LLC, dba TrialGraphix (TrialGraphix or the Company), to Magna Legal Services LLC (Magna), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC (Odyssey). BDO Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to TrialGraphix on this transaction, which demonstrates the firm’s experience advising entrepreneur-owned companies in the business services sector. Managing Director Bill Shiry led the client engagement for BDO Capital.
